Medium voltage cables with XLPE insulation and a concentric copper screen, ideal for distribution networks. Suitable for use in buildings, power stations, open air, underground, cable trays, and ducts where the risk of mechanical damage is low. These cables ensure reliable power transmission across a wide range of environmental conditions.
 
The structure includes aluminum or copper conductors (Class 2 - RMC) as per EN 60228, semi-conducting XLPE conductor and insulation screens, and XLPE insulation. A semiconducting nonwoven tape acts as inner covering beneath the helically applied copper wires and tape screen. Polyester tape and a red PVC outer sheath complete the build. Rated 18/30 kV, tested at 63 kV, withstanding operating temperatures up to +90 °C and short-circuit conditions up to +250 °C. Sizes range from 50/16 to 1000/50 mm², single-core.
