The YAKYFtly (aluminum) and YKYFtly (copper) cables are designed for medium-voltage distribution in high-risk mechanical environments, including buildings, power stations, open air, ground, ducts, and trays. They are built with Class 2 stranded, shaped conductors (EN 60228), PVC insulation (HD 603), EPDM+PVC or plastic fillers, a helically applied copper wire and tape screen, inner PVC covering, and galvanized steel tape armor. A black PVC sheath ensures mechanical and environmental protection.
 
Operating between –50°C and +50°C and tolerating short-circuit temperatures up to +150°C, these 3-core cables are rated 3.6/6 kV with a 12.5 kV test voltage. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, they meet EN 60332-1-2 fire resistance standards and operate at 50 Hz. Cable sizes range from 16 mm² to 300 mm² with a minimum bending radius of 10 × D.
