Medium voltage distribution cables with XLPE insulation, concentric copper screen, and longitudinal water sealing. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation in buildings, power stations, underground, ducts, trays, and open air, provided no excessive mechanical damage is expected.
 
The cable features aluminum or copper conductors per EN 60228 (Class 2), semi-conducting XLPE conductor and insulation screens, and XLPE insulation. Inner layers include semiconducting and non-conducting water-swellable tapes. The screen comprises helically applied copper wires and tape, finished with a black weather-resistant PE sheath. Rated at 12/20 kV with 50 Hz frequency, it has a max conductor temperature of +90°C, a short-circuit temp of +250°C, and operates from -60°C to +50°C. Minimum installation temp is -20°C. Bending radius: 15d. Testing voltage: 42 kV. Available in single-conductor versions with sizes from 35 mm² to 1000 mm² (Al) or 16 mm² to 50 mm² (Cu).
