These medium-voltage power cables are designed for distribution networks, featuring XLPE insulation, a concentric copper screen, and both longitudinal and radial sealing for enhanced moisture resistance. Suitable for installation in buildings, substations, cable trays, ducts, underground, or in open air—where risk of mechanical damage is low. Variants with the “n” index offer improved flame retardant performance.
 
They are built with aluminum or copper conductors (EN 60228, Class 2), semi-conductive XLPE screening, and water-swellable tapes for internal sealing. The radial barrier uses an aluminum/plastic laminate bonded to a weather-resistant PE sheath—black for standard types and red for “n” versions. Rated 18/30 kV, they operate up to +90 °C, withstand short circuits at +250 °C, and are tested at 63 kV. Sizes range from 50/16 to 1000/50 mm².
