These single-core medium-voltage cables, available in aluminum (XRUHAKXS/XnRUHAKXS) and copper (XRUHKXS/XnRUHKXS), are designed for environments requiring both longitudinal and radial water sealing. Suitable for installations in buildings, substations, open air, ground, and ducts, the “n” variant offers enhanced flame retardance. Construction includes Class 2 compacted conductors (EN 60228), XLPE insulation with semi-conducting screens, water-swellable tapes, a concentric copper screen, a radial aluminum/plastic laminate barrier, and a weather-resistant PE sheath (black or red).
 
Rated at 3.6/6 kV with a test voltage of 12.5 kV, these cables operate from –60°C to +50°C and withstand short-circuit conditions up to +250°C. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use at 50 Hz, they support conductor temperatures up to +90°C, meet EN 60332-1-2 fire standards (for “n” type), and allow a bending radius of 15 × D. Available in sizes from 35 mm² to 1000 mm² (Al) and 16 mm² to 50 mm² (Cu).
