XMJ-HF installation cable, compliant with SFS 2091 and EVS 720, developed for indoor and outdoor use in fire-sensitive environments, excluding underground applications. Built with copper conductors per EN 60228—solid (Class 1 RE) for 1.5–2.5 mm² and stranded (Class 2 RM) for 4–25 mm²—this cable features XLPE insulation (HD 308 color-coded), halogen-free filling, and a white halogen-free outer sheath for reduced smoke and toxic emissions during fire. Suitable for 300/500 V and 450/750 V systems, it supports 2 to 5 conductors, operating at 50 Hz. It performs in temperatures from -50 °C to +50 °C, with a short-circuit threshold of 250 °C and a maximum conductor temperature of +90 °C. Fire-rated to EN 60332-3-23, XMJ-HF also offers a bending radius of 12D, an installation temperature of -15 °C, and withstands 2.9 kV testing voltage, making it ideal for installations in fire-risk zones requiring halogen-free performance.
