XHAKXS (aluminum) and XHKXS (copper) are single-core medium-voltage power cables designed for use in buildings, power stations, open air, underground, ducts, and trays where mechanical damage is unlikely. These cables are constructed with Class 2 stranded, round, compacted conductors (EN 60228), XLPE insulation, semi-conducting XLPE screens, semiconducting nonwoven and polyester tapes, a concentric copper screen, and a durable weather-resistant black PE sheath.
 
Rated at 6/10 kV and tested at 21 kV, they operate from –60°C to +50°C and withstand short-circuit temperatures up to +250°C. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications at 50 Hz, they support a maximum conductor temperature of +90°C. Installation is possible from –20°C with a bending radius of 15 × D. Available in sizes from 35 mm² to 1000 mm² (Al) and 16 mm² to 50 mm² (Cu).
