These high-performance medium-voltage cables are engineered for power distribution networks where both radial and longitudinal water sealing is essential. With XLPE insulation and a copper concentric screen, they are ideal for indoor and outdoor installations in buildings, power stations, cable trays, ducts, and underground locations where mechanical damage is not expected.
 
The cable structure includes Class 2 aluminum or copper conductors per EN 60228, semi-conductive XLPE layers, water-swellable tapes for longitudinal sealing, and a radial barrier using aluminum/plastic laminate bonded to a black PE outer sheath. The screen comprises helically applied copper wires and tape. Designed for a rated voltage of 18/30 kV and tested at 63 kV, these cables perform at up to +90 °C in operation and +250 °C during short circuits, with conductor sizes from 50/16 mm² to 1000/35 mm².
