These medium-voltage cables are designed for distribution networks requiring high reliability and protection from moisture ingress. Featuring XLPE insulation, a concentric copper screen, and longitudinal water-swellable sealing tapes, they are suitable for use in power stations, buildings, open air, cable trays, ducts, and direct burial where minimal mechanical stress is expected.
 
The cable consists of aluminum or copper Class 2 conductors (EN 60228), semi-conducting XLPE layers over the conductor and insulation, and a helically applied copper wire and tape screen. Water-swellable tapes enhance sealing around both the conductor and the screen. A weather-resistant black PE outer sheath ensures durability in harsh conditions. Rated 18/30 kV, they withstand 63 kV testing, operate at up to +90 °C, and tolerate short circuits up to +250 °C. Sizes range from 50/16 to 1000/35 mm².
