CYKY installation cable (-J with Y/G core, -O without Y/G core) compliant with ČSN 34 7411, designed for fixed installations in drained ground, under plaster, or in air—unsuitable for water exposure. It features solid round copper conductors per EN 60228 (Class 1), PVC insulation coded per HD 308, EPDM filling, and a black PVC outer sheath. Rated for 300/500 V and 450/750 V, CYKY supports 2 to 7+ conductors, with cross-sections ranging from 1.5 mm² to 16.0 mm² depending on configuration. Operational in temperatures from -50 °C to +50 °C, with a short-circuit temperature of 160 °C, max conductor temperature of +70 °C, and fire rating per EN 60332-1-2. It allows a bending radius of 6D for cables under 20 mm and 12D for larger diameters, tested at 2.5 kV and operating at 50 Hz. Ideal for durable, versatile fixed wiring where water protection is not required.
