Developed for overhead power transmission lines, the CCX‑WK, PAS‑W, and SAX‑W cables feature aluminum alloy conductors (type AL3) compliant with EN 50183, arranged in a stranded, round, compacted (RM) structure and made watertight. Each conductor is insulated with tough, weather-resistant black XLPE for enhanced outdoor durability. The cables operate efficiently from –50 °C to +50 °C and can handle short-circuit temperatures up to +200 °C, with a continuous operating limit of +80 °C. Their bending radius is 15 times the cable diameter (15D), suitable strictly for outdoor use, with installation possible at temperatures as low as –20 °C. These cables exhibit strong mechanical performance, offering an initial modulus of elasticity of 61,000 N/mm², a final modulus of 62,500 N/mm², and a tensile strength of at least 295 MPa, with a thermal expansion coefficient of 23×10⁻⁶ °C⁻¹. Operating at 12/20 kV and 50 Hz, they are single-conductor cables available in sizes ranging from 35 mm² to 240 mm
