CCSX-WK wires are designed for overhead power transmission, built with aluminum alloy conductors (type AL3) in stranded, compacted round (RM) form, compliant with EN 50183. The conductor is watertight, offering durability and excellent electrical conductivity in outdoor environments.

Each wire features a conducting XLPE screen, natural-colored XLPE insulation, and a robust weather-resistant HDPE sheath with green tint. These cables support a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +50°C, tolerate short circuits up to 250°C, and allow a 15D bending radius.

Engineered strictly for outdoor installations, CCSX-WK wires can be installed at -20°C, operate at 50 Hz with a rated voltage of 12/20 kV, and meet demanding mechanical standards with a tensile strength of at least 295 MPa. With an initial modulus of elasticity of 61,000 N/mm² and final of 62,500 N/mm², they ensure stable performance. Conductor sizes range from 35 mm² to 240 mm².
