AXCEL-F is a medium-voltage aluminum cable with pre-assembled XLPE-insulated conductors, ideal for distribution in buildings, open air, ducts, trays, ground, and wet environments. It's also suitable for plough cabling where mechanical damage is minimal.
 
The construction features water-tight aluminum conductors (EN 60228, Class 2), semi-conducting XLPE conductor and insulation screens, and XLPE insulation. Three insulated cores are pre-assembled; the WP variant includes swelling fillers. Inner coverings include semiconducting nonwoven or water-swellable tapes, with copper wires and tape applied helically as the screen. A plastic tape inner covering and an optional radial water barrier (WP) enhance durability, finished with a black PE sheath.
 
It operates from –60 °C to +50 °C, with a max conductor temperature of +90 °C and short-circuit tolerance up to +250 °C. Rated at 6/10 kV, tested at 21 kV, with a 12 × D bending radius. Sizes range from 10 to 300 mm².

Construction 1. Conductor: Aluminum acc. to EN 60228 (water tight). Class 2 - RMC (stranded, round, compacted);

10. Cover: Weather-resistant black color PE.
