AHXAMK-WS is a medium-voltage aluminum cable with XLPE insulation, designed for power distribution in buildings, open air, ducts, ground, and wet environments. It features pre-assembled, individually sheathed cores laid around a steel messenger, making it ideal for overhead support or plough installation.
 
Constructed with water-tight Class 2 stranded aluminum conductors (EN 60228), semi-conducting XLPE screens, XLPE insulation, water-swellable tapes, and a radial water barrier of aluminum/plastic laminate, it is covered with a weather-resistant black PE sheath.
 
Operating in temperatures from –60°C to +50°C, withstanding short-circuits up to +250°C, and a maximum conductor temperature of +90°C, the cable supports 50 Hz systems and a test voltage of 21 kV. It allows installation down to –20°C with a minimum bending radius of 12 × D. Available sizes: 25/62 mm² to 300/62 mm².
