AHXAMK-WM is a medium-voltage power cable designed for 18/30 kV distribution with XLPE insulation. It is suitable for indoor/outdoor use, ground, ducts, trays, and wet conditions. Ideal for plough cabling where mechanical damage is not expected.
 
Construction: Class 2 water-tight aluminum conductors (EN 60228); semi-conducting XLPE conductor screen; XLPE insulation and insulation screen; semiconducting water-swellable tape; aluminum/plastic laminate radial water barrier; black weather-resistant PE sheath. Cores are laid-up around an insulated steel messenger.
Rated at 50 Hz, with a 63 kV test voltage. Operating temp up to +90 °C, short-circuit temp +250 °C, and install temp down to -20 °C. Bending radius: 12×D. Sizes: 3 conductors, 25/62 mm² to 240/62 mm².

5. Inner covering: Semiconducting water-swellable tape;
6. Radial water barrier: Aluminum/plastic laminate tightly attached to outer sheath;

8. Assembly of cores: Individually sheathed cores are laid-up around an insulated steel messenger.
