AHXAMK-WM is a medium-voltage, aluminum-conductor power cable featuring XLPE insulation and an insulated steel messenger for mechanical support. Designed for power distribution in buildings, open air, ducts, ground, and wet environments, it's especially suitable for plough cabling where external mechanical damage is unlikely.
 
It comprises water-tight Class 2 stranded aluminum conductors (EN 60228), semi-conducting XLPE screens, XLPE insulation, water-swellable tape, a radial aluminum/plastic water barrier, and a weather-resistant black PE outer sheath. The cores are individually sheathed and laid around the insulated steel messenger.
 
This cable operates in temperatures from –60°C to +50°C, endures short-circuit conditions up to +250°C, and maintains a max conductor temp of +90°C. With a 12 × D bending radius, it's rated for 21 kV testing voltage and 50 Hz frequency. Available sizes range from 25/62 mm² to 300/62 mm².
