AHXAMK-W cables are medium-voltage power cables designed for dependable distribution in indoor and outdoor environments. Featuring water-tight aluminum conductors and XLPE insulation, they are suitable for installation in buildings, cable ducts, trays, underground, and in open air—including wet locations and plough cabling scenarios.
 
The cable’s construction includes a semi-conductive XLPE conductor screen, XLPE insulation, insulation screen, and a water-swellable tape. A radial water barrier of aluminum/plastic laminate is bonded to a weather-resistant black PE sheath. Each core is individually sheathed and laid around a bare earth conductor for optimized electrical performance. Rated at 18/30 kV and tested at 63 kV, these cables operate up to +90 °C (withstand +250 °C short-circuit) and support conductor sizes from 35/35 mm² to 240/70 mm².
