AHXAMK-W is a 3-core medium-voltage aluminum cable designed for reliable power distribution in open air, buildings, ducts, ground, wet environments, and suitable for plough installation. The pre-assembled XLPE-insulated cores are laid around a bare earth conductor. The cable features water-tight Class 2 stranded compacted aluminum conductors (EN 60228), XLPE insulation, semi-conducting XLPE screens, semiconducting water-swellable tape, a radial water barrier of aluminum/plastic laminate, and a weather-resistant black PE sheath.
 
Rated 6/10 kV and tested at 21 kV, this cable operates from –60°C to +50°C and withstands short-circuit temperatures up to +250°C. It supports a maximum conductor temperature of +90°C, is suitable for 50 Hz systems, and can be installed from –20°C with a bending radius of 12 × D. Available in sizes from 35/35 mm² to 300/70 mm².
