The 6-AYKCY (aluminum) and 6-CYKCY (copper) cables are designed for medium-voltage power distribution in buildings, power stations, open air, underground, cable trays, and ducts where mechanical damage is unlikely. Built with Class 2 stranded conductors (EN 60228), they feature PVC insulation (HD 603), copper wire and tape screening, and a black PVC sheath for environmental and mechanical protection.
 
Operating between –30°C and +70°C, these cables withstand short-circuits up to +160°C and meet EN 60332-1-2 fire standards. They’re suitable for indoor/outdoor use, with a rated voltage of 3.6/6 kV and a 12.5 kV test voltage. Available in 3-core designs from 25 mm² to 240 mm², they offer reliable performance for 50 Hz systems.

Construction 1. Conductor: Aluminum or copper acc. to EN 60228. Class 2 - SM (stranded, shaped);

3. Filler/inner covering: EPDM+PVC, PVC or plastic tape;
4. Screen: Copper wires and copper tape, applied helically;
5. Cover: PVC sheath (black color).
