6‑AYKCY (aluminum) and 6‑CYKCY (copper) are medium‑voltage power cables suited for indoor and outdoor use in buildings, power stations, open air, ground ducts, and tray systems—where mechanical damage is not expected. Each cable employs Class 2 stranded, round, compacted conductors per EN 60228, insulated in natural‑color PVC, and encased in a concentric copper wire and tape screen for electrical shielding. A robust black PVC sheath protects against environmental wear.
 
These cables perform reliably from –30 °C to +70 °C, with a continuous conductor temperature of +70 °C and short‑circuit tolerance up to +160 °C. They meet EN 60332‑1‑2 fire safety standards. Installation flexibility includes a bending radius of 6D for diameters ≤20 mm, 12D for 20–40 mm, and 15D for over 40 mm, and operation in 50 Hz systems. Rated at 3.6/6 kV (tested at 12.5 kV), they are available in single‑core formats from 25 mm² to 630 mm².
