The 10-AXEKVCEY (aluminum) and 10-CXEKVCEY (copper) cables are designed for medium-voltage power distribution with XLPE insulation, longitudinal water sealing, and a double-layered outer sheath of PE and PVC. They are suitable for installations in buildings, substations, open air, underground, ducts, and trays where mechanical damage is unlikely. These single-core cables include Class 2 stranded compacted conductors (EN 60228), semi-conducting XLPE layers, water-swellable tapes (both semiconducting and non-conducting), and a concentric copper screen.
 
Rated 6/10 kV and tested at 21 kV, these cables operate between –50°C and +50°C, handle short-circuit conditions up to +250°C, and support a conductor temperature of +90°C. They are flame-retardant (EN 60332-1-2), suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and operate at 50 Hz. With a bending radius of 15 × D and installation possible from –15°C, they are available in sizes from 35 mm² to 500 mm² (Al) and 16 mm² to 35 mm² (Cu).
