The 10-AXEKCE (aluminum) and 10-CXEKCE (copper) cables are designed for medium-voltage power distribution with XLPE insulation and a concentric copper screen. Ideal for installations in buildings, substations, open air, underground, ducts, and cable trays where mechanical damage is unlikely. Built with Class 2 stranded, compacted conductors (EN 60228), these single-core cables feature semi-conducting XLPE conductor and insulation screens, semiconducting nonwoven tape, polyester tape, helically applied copper screen, and a black weather-resistant PE sheath.
 
Rated at 6/10 kV and tested at 21 kV, they operate between –60°C and +50°C, withstanding short-circuit temperatures up to +250°C and supporting conductor temperatures up to +90°C. These cables are suitable for 50 Hz systems, indoor and outdoor use, with a minimum installation temperature of –20°C and a bending radius of 15 × D. Available in sizes from 35 mm² to 500 mm² (Al) and 16 mm² to 35 mm² (Cu).
